The temple's published address listings date from 2011 to 2019. A directory of Khmer Buddhist temples updated on April 2, 2014, listed it as entry 61 in its Utah section, at 5021 West 3500 South, West Valley, UT 84120, with the cell phone number (801) 859-6430.[1]
