Wat
Wat Dhammabodhivong
Wat Dhammabodhivong (វត្តធម្មពោធិវង្ស) is a Theravada Khmer Buddhist temple on West Duncannon Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.[1]
History
Published address listings for the temple date from 2011 to 2019. In 2014 a directory of Khmer Buddhist temples listed Wat Dhammabodhivong under Pennsylvania at 1010 W. Duncannon Avenue, with the telephone number (215) 329-1762.[2] The 2026 directory of Cambodian Buddhist temples in the United States lists it at the same address together with the Cambodian Buddhist Society of Philadelphia, Inc., and records four monks there.[1]
Associations
Cambodian Buddhist Society Of Philadelphia, Inc. (associated organization).[3]
The updated temple directory explicitly pairs the Wat with this society at West Duncannon Avenue. It is distinct from Khmer Buddhist Humanitarian Association and other Philadelphia temple organizations.
