Santepheap Khmer is a Cambodian community association in Portland, Oregon.[1] As of 2014 its address was 3030 S.E. 2nd Avenue in Portland.[1] It is one of the Cambodian associations in Oregon, with the Cambodian-American Community of Oregon in Beaverton and the Cambodian Community in Salem.[1][2]
