Sangkum Khmer of Connecticut is a Cambodian community association in West Hartford, Connecticut.[1] As of 2014 its mailing address was P.O. Box 10116, West Hartford, CT 06110.[1] It is one of the Cambodian associations in Connecticut, with the Cambodian Community of Connecticut, Khmer Health Advocates and the Khmer Studies Institute.[2]
