National Association of Cambodian American Lawyers (NACAL)
The National Association of Cambodian American Lawyers (NACAL) is a professional organization of Cambodian American lawyers.[1] Its work centers on the legal profession, mentorship and advocacy. As of 2026 its president and founder was Socheth McCutcheon.[2]
Members and committees
Founding members include the lawyers Justin K. Theam, Molly Lao and Mony B.P. Yin.[3][4][5] The association has a Communication Committee, which Theam co-chairs, and an Education Committee.[3] NACAL was a partner organization for the National Association of Women Lawyers' 2026 General Counsel Institute.[6]
