Organization

Kim Long Market is a Cambodian grocery on Anaheim Street in Cambodia Town, Long Beach, California.[1][2] It stands in the city's Cambodian and Vietnamese commercial corridor and is a gathering place for the neighborhood as well as a place to shop.[3]

Products

The market stocks rice imported from Cambodia.[1] Its small supermarket shelves hold Asian spices, sauces, fermented sauces and specialty noodles, with fresh vegetables, herbs and tropical fruit.[2][3] A seafood counter carries the day's catch for soups and stir-fries, and shoppers come for the makings of pho, noodle dishes and home-cooked family meals.[3]

History

Kim Long Market was already one of the many markets of Cambodia Town in 2010, alongside An Dong Market, Lee Hang Market and Seng Heng Supermarket.[4]
