Food

Among the Cambodian dishes is a house loat cha.[2] The menu also lists mee katang, somlor curry, Cambodian sandwiches, fresh summer rolls and papaya boba. The papaya salad is made with shredded green papaya, carrot, green beans, tomatoes and roasted peanuts in a spicy lime dressing, and comes with two grilled shrimp.[3] Honeydew boba tea is another of the drinks.[2]

From the Vietnamese side of the menu comes pho, including a rare-beef version, with soft rice noodles, fresh herbs and bean sprouts.[4][5] The menu also carries Japanese salads, such as seaweed salad, and raw sashimi platters of tuna, yellowtail and salmon. Nearly all the salads are gluten-free.[3]
